Shipping & Handling

Our shipping rates are flat fees based on dollar amounts (US orders):

Up to $50.00  -  $4.95
$50.01 – $100.00  -  $8.95
$100.00 and up  -  Free Shipping
 
Please allow 48 hours to process your order. After processing, if the item is in stock, most orders ship within 3-7 days. Orders placed on the weekend will begin to be processed on Monday. Shipping of your order will depend upon existing inventory. Most Spooneez orders are shipped USPS, which can take 2-7 business days.  For additional information or questions about shipping, please email info@rollupthemess.com.
 
Return/Exchange Policy

We will gladly make an exchange or return if you are not completely satisfied with our product.  If for any reason you are not happy with your Spooneez, please contact us within 7 days from receipt of shipment by emailing info@rollupthemess.com. Include your contact information (address, phone and email), and the original order number. Please indicate in the subject line of the email your specific request, i.e. “return” or “exchange”and please let us know why you are returning our product. We will then send a confirmation email with instructions for your return.

All Spooneez must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.  Please include your confirmation email with your return. Once we have received your Spooneez, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Spooneez are proudly handmade in North Carolina. If you have a problem that you believe might be the result of a manufacturing flaw, please let us know! Follow the instructions above for your return/exchange and add ”manufacturing flaw” under your reason for return. Ship your item back and we will repair it and ship it back to you free of charge! Please expect about 2-4 weeks for your new product.

Our fabrics come directly from the manufacturer and can occasionally be on back order. If any of our patterns are affected, we will restock our inventory as promptly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. The customer pays all costs related to return shipping.
